This is an inter-changable bladed fin, so you can remove the plastic blades. The footpocket is shaped to fit both narrow and wide feet and a great shape for our typical Kiwi’ feet. The bottom of the pocket has good support to combat flexing in the heel that results in losing power. Across the top of the foot is a comfortable rubber to allow trouble free swimming for hours at a time. The blade is a soft to medium stiffness perfect for all body types as you are getting good power transfer with less effort.

This fin is a good option if you ever decide down the track that you want to use composite blades or carbon blades. It is easy enough to remove the plastic ones and install the composite or carbon blades.
