GENERAL

By using www.scubagear.co.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with Scubagear will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Scubagear has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Scubagear will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Dive HQ Christchurch 2013 Ltd for any transactions through this website.

All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.

Scubagear uses DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 4 working days of receiving payment for your order. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.

We use Fastway Couriers for delivery of goods. Shipping costs will vary from $7 - $20 depending on your area). There is a surcharge of $7.50 for Rural Delivery. We do not deliver to overseas addresses. Free freight with purchases over $100 within NZ.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement. We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made. In the case where a refund is approved, Freight charge will not be refunded and in the case where the freight was free (if total purchase was over $100) the actual freight cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We will never disclose, share or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We only collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will remain strictly confidential. Should you ever want your details removed from our database, simply let us know and we will process your request immediately.
