Warranties & Returns
All products purchased from Scubagear come with a manufactures warranty, this will vary between manufactures and products. If you would like to know more on a particular products warranty please contact us via email or phone before you make you purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement. We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made. In the case where a refund is approved, Freight charge will not be refunded and in the case where the freight was free (if total purchase was over $100) the actual freight cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
